Locally owned. I get to choose my own ingredients. Everybody is really nice. If you like noodles and stuff please go give these people money.

Pretty cool place. You put whatever you want in your choice of variable size bowls, then hand it to the chef, and he cooks it.

We love this little place! The only thing is I feel they are a little pricey. But, the food is always fresh and the staff are always friendly!
